Withdrawal Policy
This policy sets out how withdrawals from Steadfast Cargence work: the methods available, how long they take, what checks apply, and your responsibilities. By requesting a withdrawal you accept the terms on this page. It is written to match the Deposit and Withdrawal Methods page, which lists the same methods in table form.
1. Introduction
Withdrawing your money should be as straightforward as depositing it. This policy exists so that you know, before you ever make a request, exactly how the process runs, which checks may apply, and what to do if something is slower than expected. The policy applies to every account and every withdrawal method; nothing in it limits your right to request the return of funds that are legitimately yours.
2. Available withdrawal methods
Withdrawals are available by Australian bank transfer (PayID / NPP), to Visa and Mastercard cards where the issuer supports returns, and to PayPal. In every case the destination must be an account or wallet in your own verified name. We do not support withdrawals to third parties, to accounts in other people's names, or to methods that did not previously appear on your account without additional verification. If you want to add a new destination, contact support first so it can be verified properly rather than blocked later.
3. Processing times
Requests are actioned during support hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 17:30 AEST. Standard processing is 1 to 3 business days: internal checks and approval first, then the payment rails themselves. Card returns depend on the issuing bank's posting schedule, and PayPal withdrawals depend on PayPal's own clearance once the money leaves us. The clock starts when a complete request is received, not when it was first drafted. Peak periods, such as the days around public holidays, can add a business day; we announce known delays inside the platform.
4. Fees and charges
The platform charges nothing for withdrawals: no per-request fee, no percentage, no currency-conversion charge on withdrawals in Australian dollars. Costs that can appear are outside the platform: a receiving bank's own fees, card-scheme charges for returns in unusual circumstances, or digital asset network fees if you move cryptocurrency assets externally, which is a separate operation from an account withdrawal. Any amount we do charge, now or in the future, would be shown on this page and on the Fees page before it takes effect.
5. Limits
The minimum withdrawal is A$40 per request, which exists because banking rails make smaller transfers uneconomic. There is no maximum withdrawal amount, but larger requests may be paid in instalments for operational and security reasons, with each instalment communicated to you in advance. Daily and monthly request counts follow the method limits shown on the payment screen at the time you make the request. Plan minimums (A$400 Basic, A$2,500 Advanced, A$8,000 Premium) refer to starting capital, not a balance you must keep locked: you may withdraw below your plan's minimum at any time, understanding that some plan features may pause until the balance returns above it.
6. Verification and AML/AML checks
Every withdrawing account must have completed identity verification, because paying money to an unverified person is how stolen accounts are cashed out. Requests are screened against your account's established pattern: a first withdrawal, a new destination, or an unusually large amount compared with your history may trigger additional questions or documents under our AML and KYC policy. These checks are protective, not punitive, and the overwhelming majority of requests pass through without friction.
7. Reasons a withdrawal may be delayed or declined
Honest list: identity details that do not match the destination account; documents that have expired or are unreadable; a destination in a name other than yours; deposits that have not yet cleared or were funded by a payment later reversed; an account under security investigation; an open complaint or regulatory requirement affecting the funds; or a technical fault on the receiving rail. A decline always comes with a written reason and, wherever possible, the specific step that resolves it. Money is never simply kept: if a request cannot proceed, the funds remain in your account while the issue is resolved.
8. Your responsibilities
Check the destination details before confirming: account name, PayID, card number ending, or PayPal address. A withdrawal sent to details you entered incorrectly can be very difficult to recover once the receiving bank has processed it. Keep your verification documents current, tell us promptly if your name or bank changes, and use only accounts you control. If you notice a request on your account that you did not make, report it immediately through the security incident route: speed determines whether it can be stopped.
9. Cancelling or changing a request
A request can be cancelled or edited while its status is pending, which you can do from the payments screen in your account or by replying to the confirmation email. Once a request moves to processing, the payment has left our systems and can no longer be recalled by us; at that point recovery, if possible, runs through the receiving institution. If you cancel a pending request, the funds return to your available balance immediately.
10. Support
Questions about a withdrawal, its status, or anything on this page go to [email protected]. Include the case reference from your confirmation and we can tell you exactly where the payment sits. First replies usually arrive within usually under one business hour during support hours, and payment status questions are treated as priority because money is involved. If a payment has exceeded its stated window, say so plainly and the case will be escalated to the payments desk the same day.
11. Updates to this policy
This policy can change as methods, rails, or legal requirements change. The current version always lives on this page, and changes take effect from publication. Material changes affecting how or when you can withdraw are additionally announced inside the platform and by email to registered users before they apply. The version you agreed to when you made a request continues to govern that request.
The short version: withdrawals are free, they go only to accounts in your own verified name, they normally take 1 to 3 business days, and nothing on this page ever stops you from asking for your own money back.
