Terms of Use
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Steadfast Cargence website and the information, tools, and services offered through it. The site is an informational and marketing platform for an AI-assisted trading service; transactions themselves are executed with the licensed legal entity operating the trading service. By using the site, creating an account, or submitting the registration form, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
1. Use of the website and services
You may use this website to learn about the platform, request contact from a representative, open an account, and manage your relationship with the service. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes connected with evaluating or using the trading service. The service provides automated analysis and strategy execution tools; it does not provide personal financial advice tailored to your objectives, financial situation, or needs, and nothing on the site should be read as such advice. Any trading decision remains yours, and trading outcomes, positive or negative, are yours as well.
2. Restrictions
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts under Australian law to register. You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to the platform without written permission. Access to specific features may depend on completing verification, maintaining an active account, and complying with applicable Australian requirements for client onboarding. We may adjust, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service for operational, security, or regulatory reasons, and where reasonably practicable we will notify affected users in advance.
3. Marketing materials and newsletters
From time to time we send service-related messages: verification updates, withdrawal status notices, security alerts, and, if you opt in, market commentary and platform news. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent, and every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link that takes effect promptly. You can withdraw consent at any time by following that link or by writing to [email protected]. Withdrawing from marketing does not stop essential service messages, which we may need to send to operate your account safely and lawfully.
4. Intellectual property
The Steadfast Cargence name, logo, site design, text, graphics, code, and the visual identity of the platform are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view, download, and print pages from the site for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided that all copyright and trademark notices remain intact. You may not scrape the site at scale, republish our materials elsewhere, or use our marks to imply a relationship that does not exist. Third-party names, such as payment brands or market venues referenced for information, remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Confidentiality and privacy
Information you submit through the registration form and during verification is handled under our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You agree to keep your own credentials, including passwords and one-time codes, confidential, and not to share account access with anyone else. If you become aware of unauthorised access to your account, you must notify support immediately so sessions can be revoked and credentials reset.
6. Links to third-party sites
The site may contain links to external resources provided for convenience, such as payment provider documentation or regulator publications. We do not control those sites, are not responsible for their content or availability, and do not endorse everything they say. Your use of a linked site is governed by that site's own terms and privacy practices. If a link on this site persistently points somewhere inappropriate, tell support and we will review it.
7. Prohibited use
You must not use the site or service to breach any law, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit spam or unsolicited commercial messages, distribute malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our infrastructure, accounts, or data. Automated access, probing, vulnerability scanning, load testing, and reverse engineering of the platform are prohibited without explicit written authorisation. Breaching this section may result in immediate suspension of your account, and where the law requires it, referral to the relevant authorities.
8. Support
Support is available by email at [email protected] during business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 17:30 AEST, with first replies usually within usually under one business hour. Every account is also assigned a personal manager once registration is complete. Support can help with onboarding, verification, deposits and withdrawals, platform settings, and complaints. For the formal complaints process and escalation routes, see the Complaints page.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep information accurate and current, we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, and we do not promise that any analysis, projection, or illustrative figure will match your actual results. Market data may be delayed or corrected by its source. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy implied by Australian law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Steadfast Cargence is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, data, or opportunity, arising from your use of the site or the trading service. Our aggregate liability for direct loss connected with the site is limited to the amount of fees you paid to use the platform in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Trading losses caused by market movements are not covered by this limitation: they are an inherent part of trading, which is why the Risk Disclosure should be read before you deposit. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability under the Australian Consumer Law where its consumer protections apply to goods or services of acceptable quality.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Steadfast Cargence and its personnel against claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the site, or your violation of any third-party right, provided that this indemnity does not apply to the extent a claim arises from our own wrongful act or omission.
Other provisions
These Terms may change as the service evolves. The current version is always published on this page, and material changes take effect from the date of publication. Where a change materially reduces your rights, we will also notify registered users by email beforehand. Continuing to use the site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated version.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Australia, and disputes are subject to the complaint and escalation process described on the Complaints page before any external step.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected]. We answer in plain English, and if a clause needs explaining, we will walk you through it.
