Client Success Manager

SYDNEY OFFICE · FULL TIME

You guide new users from first call to confident account owner: onboarding, strategy setup, and being their go-to for anything on the platform. We look for clear phone manner, patience with first-time investors, and fluent English. A background in finance support or call-centre team leadership helps; an interest in markets matters more.

Hybrid arrangement: three days in the Bond Street office, two from home, rostered between 8:00 and 19:00 AEST.

Quantitative Analyst

SYDNEY OFFICE OR REMOTE (AU) · FULL TIME

You turn market behaviour into signals: researching micro-trends, back-testing strategy variants, and writing up findings the support floor can explain in plain English. Strong statistics and Python or R are essential; experience with probability-based models is a plus.

Remote-friendly anywhere in Australia, with quarterly team days in Sydney.

Platform Engineer, Backend

REMOTE (AU) · FULL TIME

You build the pipelines that move market data, orders, and account events reliably and fast. Our stack is PHP and Python services with PostgreSQL and Redis. You care about graceful degradation and honest alerting, because the platform never clocks off.

Fully remote within Australia, with a shared on-call rotation compensated separately.

Compliance and AML Officer

SYDNEY OFFICE · FULL TIME

You own verification queues, monitor transaction patterns, and keep our onboarding and record-keeping aligned with applicable Australian requirements. Methodical by nature, comfortable saying no, and able to explain a rule without hiding behind it.

Office-based with flexible start times between 7:30 and 9:30 AEST.

You write the guides, glossaries, and weekly explainers that keep our materials plain-English and accurate. You can take a concept like volatility and make it clear to a nurse in Dubbo without dumbing it down. Portfolio of plain-language writing required.
