Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions our support floor and managers hear most often, grouped by topic. Every answer is written the way we would say it on the phone; if your question is not here, email us and a person replies.
General use
Fill in the registration form on the homepage or the Create Account page with your name, email, phone number, and a password. Registration is free, takes about two minutes, and needs no documents at this stage. Your personal manager calls within 24 hours to help with the rest.
No. The platform was designed for people without professional trading experience. The AI engine does the scanning and execution, and your personal manager walks you through settings, deposits, and strategy choices step by step.
A photo identity document for verification, an Australian bank account, Visa or Mastercard, or PayPal for funding, and the minimum starting capital of A$400 on the Basic plan. Nothing else.
Yes. The platform runs in any modern browser on phones and tablets, with the dashboard, activity log, and payments all usable on a small screen. Alerts arrive by email, so you do not need to keep a page open.
Fees and results
There is no monthly platform fee and no account, custody, or inactivity fee. The trading commission is up to 0.58% per transaction, currency conversion up to 1.50%, and deposits and withdrawals are free. The full tables are on the Fees and Pricing page.
Every applicable fee is displayed on the confirmation screen before a transaction goes through. If a fee ever applies that is not on the Fees page, it will appear there before it takes effect.
No, and you should treat any service that tells you otherwise with suspicion. Trading involves the risk of losing part or all of your capital. Our materials show illustrative figures only, and previous performance never indicates future results.
The calculator shows illustrative arithmetic on the numbers you choose, not a forecast. Real markets move unevenly, with losing days and weeks in every strategy, so actual paths differ from any projection.
Features and platform use
It continuously scans markets for patterns and micro-trends, then executes strategies within the limits set for your account, including standing aside when conditions are unstable. It is a tool that supports your decisions; you and your manager set its boundaries.
Yes. You choose which markets are monitored, the risk limits, whether strategies may hold overnight, and which alerts you receive. Settings can be changed at any time and take effect at the next evaluation.
You choose: a weekly summary, alerts when strategies start or stop, and an immediate alert if the daily loss level is touched. Security alerts, such as a sign-in from a new device, are always sent.
Yes. Ready-made strategies from experienced traders are the usual start, and custom parameters can be configured with your manager once the account is running and you know what you want to change.
Risks
Yes. Market risk cannot be engineered away. Prices can move against positions, gaps happen overnight, and any strategy can have losing periods. The Risk Disclosure page details the ten risk areas to understand before you deposit.
They can be bounded, not removed. Per-position limits, a daily loss level that pauses everything, staged entries, and only committing money you can afford to lose keep any single loss survivable.
The engine pauses when conditions exceed the volatility bounds set for your account, and it never exceeds the risk limits you agreed. Those measures limit exposure; they do not prevent losses when markets move against open positions.
Security and accounts
Two-factor authentication is mandatory, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, every new-device sign-in triggers an email alert, and you can review and end sessions yourself. The Security page details all nine layers.
Use a recovery code, issued when you enabled two-factor authentication. If those are gone too, restoration runs through identity verification with the compliance team; it is deliberately slower, because that friction is the protection.
Only with your credentials and your one-time codes, which is why neither should ever be shared. The audit log records every sign-in and setting change, and you can end any session remotely from the security screen.
Money movement
Request a withdrawal from the payments screen to your verified bank account, card, or PayPal. Withdrawals are free and normally complete within 1 to 3 business days.
PayID bank transfers and card deposits are instant; PayPal deposits arrive within 24 hours. All deposit methods are free of platform charges.
Because returning money only to its verified owner is what makes a stolen account worthless. It is an anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering requirement, and it applies to every user without exception.
Help and support
Email [email protected] or call your personal manager. Support replies usually within one business hour, Monday to Friday 8:30 to 17:30 AEST, and security reports are actioned as soon as they are seen.
Ask your manager to walk through it with you before changing anything. Most confusing settings are a five-minute explanation, and the Getting Started guide covers the standard setup.
Email [email protected] with Complaint in the subject line. You receive an acknowledgement within one business day, a named case owner, and a written outcome, normally within five business days. The Complaints page has the full process and escalation routes.
