What support can help with

Getting started

Registration, verification, choosing your first strategy settings, and understanding the dashboard.

Money movement

Deposits by PayID, Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal, withdrawal requests, and timing questions.

Problems and complaints

Anything that looks wrong on your account. Complaints follow the published process on the Complaints page.

A note on response times, honestly stated: most emails are answered within one business hour of being seen during phone hours, payments questions are escalated to the payments desk the same day, and security reports are acted on as soon as they arrive, whatever the clock says. A first reply sometimes asks one clarifying question rather than solving the case outright; that is usually the fastest route to a correct answer, not a delay tactic. If anything you send us goes unanswered for a full business day, reply again and mark it urgent, because a silence that long means the message went astray rather than into a queue.
